I’m a hospital worker in Charlotte NC. Were critically short on PPE. Someone 3D printed 1500 face shields and donated them to our hospital. Were assembling them and sending them straight to the ICU. Thank you printers!

Advanced removal of 3d printed mask for continuous printing. The gantry interlocks with the nose piece and effectively pries it off. I wrote a python script to automatically replicate the G code and insert the removal sequence. It also moves the purge line over by a few mm each time.
