Do not order from Wanhao USA

Hello. I am new too 3D printing, and ordered my first 3D printer a month ago. I should be printing by now, but I am not, and this is why.I ordered my printer on November 2nd. I received my order confirmation and everything. Payment went through as well.On November 9th, I had heard nothing from them, so I sent them an email say this”Hello, I made an order on the 2nd of November and have not heard anything from you guys since Friday the 4th, any updates on my order?”No response.On the 10th, I re-submitted my ticket.”Hello, I placed an order (Order #abcd) over a week ago, was told I would be updated on the following monday about its status, and have heard nothing. This is my second email to you guys, whats up with my order, is everything going alright?”to which, I recieve this response.”Hello!This email is to update you as to the status of your order.Your order for a 3D printer has been sent into shipment to be shipped within the next business week. Please excuse us for any delays this might bring you in your work.During these months stretching from October to January, the demand for these printers is very high. They are still selling their printers with a “6-9 day shipping lead time” and are even running a black Friday sale.
